#HR_recruitment 1-HR is Responsible for the investment process in ACES crew through: a- Designing and developing training programs. b- Making a personality based profile for the whole crew. 2-Evaluating, monitoring and improving ACES performance through: a- Performance appraisal system for all ACES crew. b- Tackling the main problems and obstacles that may face ACES’14 c- Holding individual meetings in coordination meetings with heads. d- Creating an effective feedback system for ACES. 3-Designing Community Service Programs (CSP) inside and outside ACES 4-Developing the recruitment systems in ACES. 5-Building up and implementing the rewarding and recognition system. 6-Handling ACES’14 manual.
