HSE Advisor - Regional Role HSE Manager Our client is a national construction head contractor with a great reputation throughout the commercial sector gained from consistently delivering successful projects. They’ve recently gained a major commercial construction project and need to develop a strong HSE Team. Key accountabilities will be Promoting and instigating safety by example, Administering corporate safety policies Monitoring safety performance throughout project site Completing all safety inspections and audits in accordance with the HSE Management System and applicable client and or regulatory requirements You will have Ideally have gained experience within the Australian construction industry with relevant tertiary qualifications. Been exposed to relevant systems procedures and ensuring their effective implementation Ability to interact and communicate effectively with senior managers, clients and stakeholders to develop and implement safety processes In depth knowledge of relevant codes of practice and legislation Capable of identifying hazards and associated risk then taking the required actions to ensure safety of all on the project.
