Ha ha ha huuuuu Cord busy bodies on social media r ranting tat Duale motion to withdraw kenya from Rose statute is illegal since the cabinet+president didnt discuss it b4 forwarding to parliament.They continue to say tat the act by mps would be construed to mean defiance by the icc suspects and t4 uhuru should not sign tat bill into law upon reaching his desk huuuhh(just posed).This is the fact,under the new constitution dispensation,we av three arm of the govt,executive,judiciary n legislature which r independent(doctrine of separation of power) meaning non of the three arm can armtwist the others.This by al standard mean Duale was perfectly in order.In regard to defiance,the activist must be up to something as usual(seeking fund frm western countries to incite) because Duale bill was amended to read kenya wil cooperate with icc he he he he while summing up we r urgently telling the parliamently committe on foreign n defence to write and Dhl/fedex a letter to un secretary general Banki moon informing him we r now independent lyk china,america,india,russia n other AU member state r warming toward tat route.Sorry on my stt i didnt say anywhere the president to sign the bill lyk the busy bodies who r suffering frm past hangovers the reason they cant connect the new Vat Bill with passage of the new constitution.BENSOUDA pls terminate the case against the 3coz we r now out n any stupid act frm ua end may cause great harm to this country(we r nt at icc remember.if u av ears hear)
