Had a few requests to update on how Lilly is doing - Doctors say she is doing great. The repair to the heart was very good. She is still trying to naturally get rid of fluid she took on during the surgery... so she still has the breathing tube in and a bunch of wires attached and in her little body... and she is still knocked out - but the doctors say they are happy with the progress. They are hopeful they can remove the breathing tube tomorrow or Saturday then they think the other things will come out and off from her pretty quickly... so... thats the update... they say she had a very good day yesterday and they arent changing anything for today... so everything seems positive... thanks for the prayers and well wishes and positive thoughts and energy... she can still use them for a little while longer... mom is holed up at the hospital and there is a Ronald McDonald house about a block away... which has been great. Im back and forth...
