I am a strong, independent woman. Not because I have to be, because I WANT to be. Not sure I have what it take to be a girl that cant do the things that she needs. Waiting on a man isnt in my make up. That being said. My husband rocks. He lets me be me. Even if its part of me he doesnt really get. He takes care of me when I need it and sometimes when I dont. Hes a different breed. I am spoiled by him in ways I dont really think of until I talk to other married women. I can tell him anything. And sometimes it makes his mouth drop. But he still keeps me. As we get older, I love him different. Love him more. Life changes. Changes are life. New chapters. New books. Doesnt matter. We do them together. I love being a do it yourself kind of girl. But I love being a true partner. And I love pulling up my driveway seeing him outside. In the tractor or looking out across the pasture, taking it all in. I thank God for unanswered prayers, for answered prayers and for making me the wife and mom on Acrehill.
