Had a good visit with James Todd today a professional dog trainer. He has worked with military and police dogs. I was very impressed with him and we talked for over 2 hrs! He is excited about helping me and I have already done alittle. I learned a lot already. I took Duke out by himself and went to a friends farm to let him run and burn off some energy. James wants to help me try and become the alpha again. Duke has taken over since Matt left. He has many issues as do they all. He has avery strong prey drive. Mom has let them run free and now I must step up and be their leader. He has a fb page if you are interested and he is local (Zuni). Mention you heard it from me and I get free lesson! Anyway after Dukes romp he was good and tired and we came home and started some training. I worked with Daisy too and had to take a break for a bit before I work with Riley and Emma. Been on my feet all day. Had to rearrange furmiture in livimg room as I still cant go down there. Tia always was on couch. I threwaway curtains as they had blood on them and gave away my new chair cause I found her behind it. Then I swept and mopped and my throw pillows had hair on them and I threw them awaytoo. Maybe thats dumb but my heart hurts so bad right now. At least I am moving forward with a dog trainer who can help me with some of these dog issues. Wish me luck. Am still brokenhearted and will always be but I want totrust and love my pups agai and be able to forgive them.
