Had a great time yesterday at the Tumbleweed by Meijer celebrating my mi-mis birthday! Everybody was friendly and professional, and the food was GREAT! That is what you see in the picture. What this picture doesnt tell you is that I am a very sick little girl. I have an illness called MPS IIIA/Sanfilippo Syndrome. Unfortunately, it is a terminal illness currently, with no form of treatment or cure. Why am I telling you this? Oftentimes we hear the bad news. The good news, though, is that good Lord willing, I still have several great years left, and everybody at the Weed helped make yesterday one of those really awesome times! Never underestimate how you can impact someones day in a positive manner just by being you! You never know what kind of battle anyone is facing, even the youngest of us. So again, thanks everybody for being awesome! There is still lots of great news happening, and great people out on the highway!
