Had a look out around the Tweed coast today and for the jew fisherman due to the lack of swell and crystal clear water its worth heading south for an hour or so where the water has a bit of discolouration to it and bundles of bait. Otherwise if you were after a good sized tailor and stuck local it would be worth a shot at night close in around the rocks with lures like the old faithful scorpion or a rooster popper worked slow but hard after dark.
