Had a small victory tonight. After the rather interesting email exchange a few nights ago (which I didnt get a response to) I waited almost all day today for the N-ex to advise me of chat times for tonight with our daughter (tonight is another Ordered chat night). Well, by 3:45pm my time Id heard nothing so I sent him an email and text stating that as I hadnt heard, chats would be at 7pm either by phone or Skype. Lo and behold the phone rings at 7pm and its him. Our daughter is in the bathroom. I just said *child* is currently in the bathroom, Ill have her call you back. Moblie or house phone?. All he said was house phone (seemed rather frazzled) and hung up. As soon as our daughter was free I had her call him back. Last night I also decided that if I havent heard anything from him by 3pm on the designated chat day then Ill nominate a time within the suggested times I gave him in my recent email correspondence. I also had a very in depth chat with the child psychologist today and it appears that she will be sending him a letter with a lot of suggestions for him to implement. What I found interesting was her saying that she believed it was necessary to send it even though he may not respond well to it or at all. That we needed to set it up to ensure there was due process and that shed be sure to send me a copy of what she sends him. The suggestions she presented have been logical and hopefully will help in the long term however a lot of it rests on the N-ex though I dont see him changing his behaviour at least I can control mine - R
