Had a vibration problem on my 7300 mile June trip. My local dealer could not find the problem and had contacted Motor Trike the first week of July to set me up an appointment with Motor Trike in Troup Texas. After talking to a certain individual from Motor Trike I finally got an appointment for today. I drove 7 hours this morning arriving at 12:30. I asked to talk with the person whom I spoke with only to be told He was too busy and I should come back tomorrow.............................Well I dropped off the trike and we drove another 45 min, to find a hotel for the night. Does anyone else think the customer service is a little lacking? After waiting over 7 weeks to get an appointment and they dont have time for you to ask questions??????? So I am now setting in a hotel in Tyler Texas waiting on a phone call.....................bummbed out!!!
