Had an interesting conversation today with someone in the TV industry that was talking about a perspective which I hadnt considered before about modern country and the CMAs and all that. It was likened to when more people used to watch Howard stern because they hated him. People that liked him watched for 15 minutes, but people that hated him watched for 40 minutes. Just insert that perspective to modern country music and country music award shows. Kind of interesting to consider.
