Had to find something to make with the broccoli, cauliflower and potatoes before they went icky. I was going to make a veggie pie. But forgot to thaw out the filo pastry :-( so came up with this soup :-) The kids LOVED it. All it was, was a head of cauliflower, what ever was left of the broccoli, 3 potatoes, onion, veg stock, sour cream and parmesan. All organic except for the stock (want to finish most stuff before I get the organic version)
