Halloween decorations are taken down and put away. Xmas decorations are up. Lawl. Im kidding. The Halloween decorations are actually put away but no, I dont my xmas decorations up. Yet. I did, however, make room for a tree. Part of me feels that I shouldnt put up the xmas decorations until after Thanksgiving. You know ... the way it used to be. But we wont be here for xmas. My mom is having us to her place so that makes me want to put decorations up early so that we can enjoy them. Also, I dont really celebrate Thanksgiving. Im vehemently against the holiday since its basically one big fat lie. Dont get me wrong, Im not against being thankful or spending time with family but the legends surrounding the official story of Thanksgiving is a bunch of bunk I dont want to teach my son.
