Protest The Hero Against Lotte Group of Korea Pleas I want to draw your kind attention towards one institution which is situated in Karachi namely Lotte Pakistan Pta Limited Add EZ/1-P4 Eastern Industrial Zone port Qasim Khi Pakistan UAN 111LOTPTA where they violate the law and they are habitual to destroy the labor benefits and unknown death are regularly happened By breaching the agreement of CBA Union earn the lacks of rupees the amount of Provident Fund and WPPF invested illegally against the law and Govt orders To finish the tread union the hundred of labors put into force management on not getting promotion the Union General Secretary (Tariq) and including labors Dismissed their jobs where 600 labor they only made CBA Union consisting only 26 labors. ENVIRONMENT Lotte Pak Pta Ltd has got the certificate ISO International Standard organization of SHE Safety health & Environment but they did not follow the rules which should be followed under this verification indivadly violating the law which was madder by ISO & SHE besides all that they are damaging the health of the ourandand people and wasted Chemical was shoran in the sea which is another violation of low kindly take notice of all these thing it seen like a lobby of the other country was wanted to destroy us. TRADE UNION The Present management of Lotte Pak Pta Ltd using their efforts to crush the Labor Unions by illegal means and about more than one hundred labors put in to force management cadre and neither their nature of job changed nor the increase in payment was given all these comes in the work man definition from breach of Union Agreement 30 Millions was us erup by showing a great loss deduction made from the Employees salaries WPPF amount is unlawfully the deduction is made unlawfully from labors without pay it is become practice of unknown murder Lotte Group of Korea the present management labor benefits labor laws environment of industrial and orders of Court they are violating Everything More then (8) cases are in high court & labor court against lotte group of korea, CONTRACTOR Lotte Group Of Korea the 600 hard labor working for the last 16 years on permanent basis under the contract basis All the contract Employees are not paid their Medical leave/yearly leave/casual leave/Transport/Gratuity & Medical Facilities The hard Labor given social security Card neither they given EOBI card. Due to not having medical card they are unable to get treatment and neither they are liable to take their OLD Age Pension the labor who are died by unknown ways they are neither the department made by enquiry nor Honorable court did any Thing against the blind murderers we give example of blind murder of security Guard namely Khitab Gull=Kamran=Zafar Younus & Rizwan The management given no legal rights and also Violated the by low Lotte Pak pta Ltd is Fully Responsible for murder of labors and case must be Filled against him In the court Cancel all the Certificate whether either inland or outside country also a trail made in UNO according to law. APPRENTICE The apprentice appointed for training on Lotte Pak Pta Ltd their services are utilize on very dangerous Chemical plant which is permanent basis this work is only perform by the experienc and intelligent persons nor on training person the life of apprentice person always in danger during the work on chemical plant and always small incident regularly happening due to careless Ness of management the high level incident can be occurred.
