Halt snatches from @thebarbellwod program at 50kg (110lbs) !!!!! Its the perfect exercise to teach you where the weight should be as you stand. This cycle is sooooo badass!!! @cal_strength @thebarbellwod rocking my @maxmusclewalnutcreek tank and my @rxsmartgear wraps!!!! No more messing around! After this my coach had me working on some light front squats and squats with the belt like last week. Working around injuries sucks but in the end it makes you so much better!!! @knoxxfit @amara @lanaseggwhites @rxsmartgear @caffeineandkilos
