Hancock Arts Council chair Sinclair Hamilton announces a concert on Friday, August 16, from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Hancock Performing Arts Center in Town Hall, 126 West High Street. The Rhythm Kings will be the featured group, performing blues, blues rock, and some funk. This power trio specializes in hot guitar playing, supported by a tight rhythmic section. With Lewie Palladino on guitar and vocals, Bob Tantillo on bass, and Brian Boyer on drums, you will hear songs by artists Stevie Ray Vaughn, Eric Clapton, B. B. King, Gary Moore, the Allman Brothers, and many more blues artists. This great night of entertainment is free; donations are greatly appreciated and will help the Hancock Arts Council bring more events to the community.
