Hanging out in small town Saskatchewan and digesting an awesome meal of burgers and stuffed potatoes. On the upside, the small gym here is remarkably well stocked with bumper plates and a trap bar!!! As I allow beef to make its way through my colon, lets hit up a Friday Q & A sesh.
