This continues explaining how the owners of USA inc manage to own evry citizen as well!!! Look at an executive order. Barack Obama cant order anything but as the President of the United States, he can issue an order. A man sitting on a bench in a court room cant order anything, but as a Presiding Judge he issues orders of the court. A clerk in a court room or a court house building if they are signing something it is a Clerk of the Court or as County Clerk, or Deputy Clerk. If a sheriff delivers a summons to appear in court, he will probably return his copy to the one who issued the summons by signing as Sheriff. If you do not put a capacity, no one is to presume you are anything equal to them, but its easy to presume you are less than them. If you went to school to be a doctor, you would have no problem signing your name with a M.D. at the end. If you were a grad student, youd have the capacity in your signature of Ph.D. So why sign in a blank format of not indicating your status to the world. If I told you that when you signed, it was inferred that you were representing a corporation. Suppose your signature is First Last But interpreted as First Last, representative And you didnt want to be a representative, you wanted to be you. Then who are you and what do you want them to know so that you are not representative. Would you sign as First Last, my kids dad (or mom) I dont want to give examples that can be used because people will turn it into a process, and processes can have rules written to thwart them. There is an infinite number of ways to sign something to tell them who you are. When the new Secretary of the Treasury signs, he will be the capacity of Secretary of the Treasury. Per UCC, no one can tell you how to sign a document. If they do tell you how to sign it, it would seem fitting that youd write on the document something to indicate that you were forced to sign that way. Rep would not accept document unless I signed it as Last, First, Mi or whatever. but to sign and not indicate a capacity leaves you open for people to decide who you are,and to sign without indicated you were signing a way against your will, leaves it open to interpretation that, that was how you wanted to sign it. So hopefully I have pointed you in the right direction, and hopefully youll start paying attention to documents you have from officials and see that all the world is a stage, and we are but actors. I appreciate that this information is going to help some people...but for some of us it is a bit too late. I currently do not have a home. I lost it to foreclosure last year. I now live in an apartment and can say with fairly good certainty that if I stop paying my rent I am going to be out on the street. What I need is to get the full value of the house that I lost repaid to me so that I can buy a new home. Otherwise...none of this will do me any good. To no surprise, the trustee has responded with a claim that the idea they may be used to process the bankruptcy as assets is frivolous. Next week I have a hearing where the trustee will be attempting to dismiss the case for my failure to accurately complete the (proposed) creditor list under the amount owed. While I can correct the records to the information I have from proposed creditors, he is still likely going to win his action regarding the BC and SS Card as a frivolous issue if I cannot support my claim they are assets.
