After reading our Value Added Marketing booklet - Forward Thinking Academics - Indian Engineering Education, got a call from a group who is truly interested in Faculty empowerment and development. They wanted us to do a 4 Days FDP on topics covering Outcome Based Learning - Blooms Taxonomy, Innovation in The Classroom (various innovative teaching-learning techniques), Engineering Outside Classroom, Building Engineering Leadership, etc. Then the question was what is your per hour or per day charges?. I had to spend 40 mins explaining them that, our pricing is not on per hour or day basis. It is about the Value we Deliver and the Tangible Transformation we bring in the participants at end of our workshop. They were truly perplexed when I said, this is our standard pricing, but you can decide how much you want to pay at the end of 4 days based on the feedback from your Faculty members. Hoping to build an inspired team of young teachers, who will in-turn go inspire the student community at large. #MyDream
