Happy Anniversary Nine years ago we exchanged our vows without any fan fares in a little apartment in Rochester, Minnesota. It didn’t have all the fancy trimmings as you would expect in a grandeur wedding, but the outcome was still the same. We are husband and wife! From that day forward, we set our sails from the cold winters of the Midwest to the sunny skies of California. In the midst of our journey, we’ve experienced turbulent times but our resolve was clear in reaching our objective. We were determined to overcome and triumph any hardship beset our ways. It was a challenging moment that changed, shaped and molded our relationship into maturity. It continuous to grow, reshapes, adjusts and transforms as time passes by. The characteristics that describe us are comprised of events, circumstances and transformation. We are woven in its essence. Family, love, respect and compassion for others are the values we practice. All aspects of our being are in unison. The struggle continues, but the future looks bright. Our destiny is in sight! In time all our efforts and hard work shall bear fruits, and the rewards of our labor will be granted. Our journey has taken us in many paths, in many roads. Each has a story to tell. We endured our struggles, hindrances and disappointments. We have come full circle! If I could live another life time, I would not ask to be with anyone else. You’re my rock of Gibraltar and my partner in crime. Happy Anniversary, my love! I will always love you!
