Happy Birthday!!! Remember when I was child and i kept asking you over and over when was the plane gonna land on that long flight from Ivory Coast to Boston. Then I said crash outloud, your face was priceless. How about when we sat in the back of that millitary chopper leaving Liberia during the war, and u told me dont look down son and I still did but learned a great haunting lesson from that. How about When u walked in the rain because we didnt have a car at that time just to bring me sneakers for basketball tryouts Or when u were in the front row at the Appollo theatre attempting to scream over everyone. Youve been there always mom, you have taught me The power of prayer, to respect even when folks are unkind/Unjust. To also make sure what ever I do to be the best at it that they know my name when im done and just overall to try and be a good indivdual. I want You to wake up and see this because not everyone gets the chance to form such a bond with their parents and are able to tell them. I need you to know your love and positive influence on me is the reason God willing Cj is going to be just fine. Ive seen you work as a TV News anchor, A Radio Personality, A Banker in foreign country, while managing a family. Even to an Airline Agent you inspire me in so many ways. Although youre in Liberia and we arent around to harass you or to be your servants for a day, joking...
