Happy Birthday to my mom! I consider myself to be one of the lucky ones, I am blessed by our bond, our friendship and all that she has taught me in life. Mama always taught me to make a lasting impression, dress up, smile, and be great at whatever you are doing! Mom taught me, by example, to always seek the good in others, to be a friend and to show people you care. Mom pours her heart into caring for others. She has spent over 30 years of her life caring for complete strangers, newborn babies, and new mothers. She chose to be a nurse and it could not have been a more fitting role. She has been my biggest fan when I succeed and she has been my courage when I might have otherwise, failed. She is my best friend and she has empowered me to be the person I am today!
