Happy Friday! These protein balls are the shiznit! Hubby and Kid approved :) Have to give a shout out to Jazzythings - Jasmine Schmalhaus for the Protein Granola Bars recipe that I used for the base in these. Thanks so much Jazzy you totally Rock!!! If you are not following her I really suggest you do, she has some amazing things on here FB and IG. Heres the recipe: 2 cup oats ( I used Quaker cuz thats what I had) 1 cup peanut butter or almond butter (or whatever kind of nut butter u like) 2-3 scoops of protein powder (I used 3 of the GNC AMP Recovery) 1/3 cup of RAW honey (raw for all the good stuff it has in it) Put all ingredients in a bowl. Mush together. (I put it in my food processor and pulsed it for a bit) then add in lots of butterscotch chips (I used a cup) and sunflower seeds (I used the unsalted kind and about 2/3 of a cup) roll into balls and put in fridge. Easy peasy! Takes a whole whopping 5 minutes to do.
