Happy Halloween! I havent had to buy candy to give out for the past 4 years (we live in a fairly remote area), but this year Im especially grateful for that. I dont want the temptation, and if its not here then I wont want it. Im not really a candy person... I dont deliberately buy a chocolate bar or candy if Im craving something sweet, so like I said, if its not here then it dont matter. The grandkids will be going trick or treat this evening, but their candy is THEIR candy. Their mommy can keep it out of MY sight, and all will be fine. Thanksgiving and Christmas are going to be a lot more challenging... time to plan ahead!
