Happy June, foodies! Almost at 1,500 members, wow! Not too long ago there was about 30 of us and we all posted our food and knew each others habits. All of us are still here, though some of the originals (including Richerd, the WTF founding father) dont post much anymore. All that being an explanation as to why we protect this place, try to keep it personal while welcoming growth. To someone whos here to be a shithead we might seem overzealous in the way we oversee things, but its not like us to really care what a shithead thinks anyway. So, please be kind, understand someone is welcoming you into their personal life with their food. Please stay on topic and remember to joke and laugh and talk about your private parts if its necessary, but BE NICE....or GTFO. I have always posted a monthly challenge to encourage participation and even though only a few of your 1,500 asses participates, Im going to keep on. Because we have so many new members I challenge you make a dish or show a dish that is very local to the area where you are from. And please explain the story behind it. (Now watch these hatch pepper MFers go nuts.) Happy cooking. And thanks for being here.
