Happy Mo day everyone! It is an awesome morning out there and it was a greayndaymfor my long run. I cant think of a better way to start off the week I went out the door and was greeted by a perfect sky. There was just a sliver of a moon and lots of stars. The sky was dark do the lights looked cool against the dark. I was out very early so I could get my run done. There was no one around. Just a few deer and skunk but that is all I encountered. It was very peaceful I was not sure how I was going to do it but I got it done and got Jord to football on time. My run went just super. My legs felt great and I just cranked those miles out. Fifteen and a half miles completed. Well I am off to work. Have an awesome Monday.
