Happy New Year All 2014 has been unbelievably successful for me; what with coaching several lifters to win championships and fighters to win fights and titles. By the looks of it 2015 is going to be a even bigger, as several of my fighters should be challenging for titles. Also, Im excited to have taken on the role of GB Head powerlifting coach, and will be taking the GB team to the Europeans and world Championships. And after many years of getting requests I will finally be running my first course/workshop, which I will be running along with Freddy Brown sport scientist and nutritional expert. The course is aimed at fitness professionals and at combat athletes both professionals and amateurs. Thank you for all your support during 2014 and look forward to all the new year has to offer. I hope you all have a every success as I have in 2015
