Happy New Year Everyone! Lets start this New Year right! I am teaming up with Roxanne Holmes Cahill which is a RN and a TLS coach. We are focusing on Beauty from the inside out. Makeup cant cover up everything lol! Ms. Roxanne will be your wellness coach, she will walk you through the entire 12 week program. You can download the TLS app to track your food consumption and activity. She will conduct weekly classes to keep us on track. I will be joining as well! If you are sketchy than watch my progress. This is not a diet this is a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. My BP the other day was 152/110 I displayed no symptoms but I was about to lose the opportunity to work at my new job because of it. Crazy right? But that shows that your health is important even for employment. This will also promote skin health which is very important before you even think about makeup.
