So here it is my friends, 25.00 dollars per room up to 150 square feet, or 10x15. 5.00 dollars per hallway. All Oriental and area rugs are .50 cents per square foot. A sofa is 50.00 dollars, A loveseat is 40.00 dollars. Ceramic tile cleaning is .50 cents a square foot, and .25 cents per sq. ft. to seal. This is all inclusive pricing. No hidden fees or charges. I live in Early, but travel to all of the counties around Brownwood. I know everyone spent a lot of money over the Holidays, thats why I strive to keep my prices low.
