Happy hump day and official day 1 of the Burpee without doing a single Burpee challenge. Yay! Todays 10 minute circuit goes like this: 1 min squat jumps 1 min push up to side plank arm reaches 1 min mountain climbers Rest 20 sec Repeat 3 times Tips: Make sure you are dropping your butt back, sinking into those heels for your squats and exploding up for the jump, but landing softly. Align you body in plank, ensure that you are breaking the plane and creating a 90degree angle with your elbows for push ups. Keep your butt low and pump those legs quickly for your mountain climbers. PS: Which video format do yall prefer? This one, where it is split into squares, or my usual videos where you see the exercises sequentially-like youre watching a movie?
