Happy new year, as the name suggests, 31st December would have proved a better release date for the film for two reasons, first its a new year and second it matches the title. To start with direction, the film has mesmerising lights and locations. Though much of the film has close ups, but it makes sense with SRKs charming eyes, stubble look deepikas naughty face and boman iranis subtle look in the film. If you are going for dance then I am sure that you need another view because farha khan made an effort which successfully showed the whole cast cant dance. They are shown as looser in dance and they did it well. I wont write about story, its on every national and local newspaper. As SRK says, keep it simple, the humor in the film was simple yet it broke laughs frequently inside the theatre. The young cast in the film made good attempt to charm their audience. Boman irani and sonu sood made people laugh with their exceptional style. Deepika gets lauded for her dance moves, Mumbai chi mulgi style and englich or angreeji. Abhishek bacchan needed much work after a long break from the industry hence a double role for him in the film. Jackie shroff was same villain as in his previous films like Aan and Aurangzeb. Finally SRK is loved for his eight pack abs, leather jackets, stubble look, charming smile, and a masterplan.. Music tracks are good with some good fusion and remixes in the film.
