Happy to report that we are HOME. Tim is doing remarkably well, especially after the surgeons comment, it was really messy in there. The head nurse in the OR said they all commented after that they had never seen one quite so bad. He was lucky he had not caused any permanent damage to the spinal cord. Surgery took twice as long as they expected and he had a rough first night at the hospital. BUT, today dawned with a much brighter outlook and we ended our day here - home sweet home. Thank you from Tim for all your loving support, it means so much to have good friends! XO
