Harassment – 6/13 – A 74-yr old male, Aspen Way, Doylestown, was arrested for allegedly following a Hamilton Street resident around town on several occasions and taking her picture without her knowledge. Subject also charged with stalking. DUI – 6/7 – A 22-yr old female, Veterans Highway, Levittown, was arrested for DUI approximately 3:15 AM after she was stopped for driving her vehicle the wrong direction on E. Oakland Avenue, a one-way street. DUI – 6/7 – A 58-yr old male, John Dyer Way, Doylestown, was arrested for DUI at approximately 9:38 PM after the vehicle he was driving was stopped on the 400 block of N. Main Street for not having the headlights illuminated. Attempted Burglary – A 27-yr old male, Bridle Lane, Warrington, was arrested after he allegedly attempted to force entry into an apartment on the 300 block of Lacey Avenue. Subject also charged with criminal trespass, public drunkenness, and disorderly conduct. Disorderly Conduct – 6/9 – A 23-yr old male, Hampton Drive, Southampton, and a 22-yr old male, Warminster, were cited at approximately 12:45 AM after they allegedly created a disturbance inside a S. Main Street bar. Both males were also cited for public drunkenness. Assault – 6/9 - Charges have been filed against a 33-yr old male, Tomlin Drive, Arcadia, Florida, for allegedly engaging in a physical altercation and striking an employee of an E. Oakland Avenue bar at approximately 2:12 AM. The victim suffered a laceration above the right eyebrow. Subject charged with assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct. A disorderly conduct citation has been filed against a 32-yr old male, Lisa Drive, Warrington, for allegedly pushing and shoving an employee during the same incident. Theft – 6/9 - A Garmin Nuvi GPS valued at approximately $400 was stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked in front of a garage on Magill Lane sometime between Thursday, June 6 and Sunday, June 9. DUI – 6/9 – A 33-yr old male, Old Dublin Pike, Doylestown, was arrested for DUI at approximately 7:01 PM after officers received the report of a vehicle driving erratically on Route 611 in the area of Broad Street. The vehicle was also observed accelerating at a high rate of speed on Doyle Street. Theft – 6/12 - Approximately 40 feet of aluminum trim coil was stolen from the rear yard of a residence on the double-digit block of W. Ashland Street. The incident was reported on Wednesday, June 12 at approximately 8:54 AM.
