Hard Core Rx Tuesday: Warm up with Coach Power Lifting Strength: 20 mins Work up to 85% of your one rep max for a Dead Lift and then do a 5x3 (you can switch grip for this drill) Good Mornings 4x11 Coach will determine your weight Metabolic Conditioning 10 mins Every 30 Seconds you will Sprint 50m and rest with what time is left. I know a lot of you do sprints on your own so if you want to challenge yourself try out a lateral or backward sprint. Lets do this HCRx! You all did a fantastic job with the Bear, lets keep this momentum going!
