Hard to believe that on Monday I had major surgery and today I stopped taking pain meds and walked around the neighborhood. I have a ways to go before I am 100% again, and I think my bikini days are gone, but am truly amazed that the human body is such a resilient machine. We should all take a moment to be thankful for our health and work harder to stay that way. That is my plan....as soon as I can stand up straight. ;-) Thanks to my family and friends who have been here for me this week. I love you all.
