Harvey Lee Fulk, 53, of London, died Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013, at 7:05 a.m. in Mount Carmel West Medical Center. He was born on Aug. 24, 1959, in Scioto County, Ohio, a son of Ike Bloomfield and Ruby Fulk. He was self-employed in the refuse business and was a member of the Gregg Street Worship Center in Washington Court House. He is survived by his wife, Cathy (Costlow) Fulk; daughter, Reva Fulk of London; granddaughter, Faith Fulk; special niece, Nina Wallace of Jackson; sisters, Faye (Alfred) Penwell of London, Mary (Tony) Kirchner of Big Plain, Louise Gartin of West Jefferson and Shirley (Bob) Hammons of Newcomerstown; stepsons, Robert (Shawna) Nelson of Circleville, Harley Brown of London; stepdaughter, Elizabeth Nelson of Circleville; step-grandchildren, Shania Lewis, Brady Nelson, Jayden and Jordan Fraley; and several nieces, nephews and special friends. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Martha Fulk; and sister, Ruby Sargent. The family invites friends to call at the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 124 E. High St., London, Ohio, from 11 a.m. until time of service at 1 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 18, 2013. Pastor Donald Dillon will be officiating.
