Has Cameron lost it or does he just show his ignorance when it comes to international treaties and the historical reasons for those treaties being there! The Human Rights Courts were set up by all the victorious allies of ww 2 including Winston Churchill in order to hold 58 member states accountable and are reinforced with the UN HR laws which member states must adhere too ! Its the stick with which we destroyed the former Soviet Union and is an international standard set up treaties so countries dont cross the line and others would not then have to invade them if thy do not change their ways or at least sanctions them! Cameron is talking rubbish It also has absolutely nothing to do with the EU other then the EU states all are also signed up to the same treaty. That is why the court sits in Strasbourg and not Brussels !
