Has anyone seen the infomercial for an electric pressure cooker? It has this guy cooking everything from chickens to ribs and even a low country boil. My little heart was just going pitty-pat over the thing and the other night, there it was, at Wal-Mart. The price was about the same, but no shipping and handling. We took the plunge, and tonight we experimented with boneless, center cut pork chops. I have a feeling that this baby will be my new best friend. I fixed white rice for a side dish, and the chops were ready before the rice. They were so tender they fell apart. Moist, full of flavor and only 20 minutes. I give it an A+ !
