Have I told you about the guy I knew who lost 30+ pounds by fast walking on his 2- 10 minute breaks (morning and afternoon) and running on his lunch break? He didnt go to the gym, he didnt do a fancy program, AND he has kids and a wife at home. He just stuck to this commitment 5x/week, workdays. If youre struggling to fit it all in, consider doing this office break workout a couple of times a week and maybe doing something like the guy I mentioned above. Recruit a friend/co-worker. Those of you working in your home, plan to make the first 15 minutes of spare time your office break.
