{Have a BALL Circuit} Heres a fun one for yall. :) Dont know what to do with that awkward, too small stability ball just sitting in the corner? Well, now ya do :) - squat wall ball - ball V-hand offs - ball pushups - tiger tummy rolls - slam lunges - in and out reaches (you can do this with or without your feet on the ball. Use feet if not advanced.) - ball pike ups - floor to shelf (L for 30 sec and R for 30 sec) Do each move for a minute. Repeat round 3x. Rest 30 seconds in between rounds! Have a ball!
