Have you been restricting calories yet you arent losing weight? Our bodies burn a lot of calories just being alive. Add showering, driving, working, cooking, cleaning, AND your workout to that, you use up a lot of energy. If you do not replace that energy (calories) your body thinks it is starving and holds onto fat for dear life. It also converts your muscles into energy so you are also destroying those by not eating.
