This plan is simple to follow, no nonsense, no starvation and no counting calories or points. No need to make separate meals for the rest of the family, they will enjoy the fresh, healthy and tasty meals that you choose whilst following the plan. • I will send you a daily email to educate, support and motivate you every day, and you can email me anytime for additional 1:1 support when necessary. • Learn how to exercise safely, effectively and enjoyably and I will show you how to fit regular activity into your daily life. • Every Tuesday is weigh day; you will be weighed before our workout so that we can measure your success on a weekly basis. • Final weigh-in is on Tuesday 17th September. • You will make friends with your fellow recruits and benefit greatly from the support of the group. • Cost for the Bootcamp is £78 per person.
