Have you ever been on a situation where you have been focussed on a particular path and it felt like the right path and then suddenly something happened, an interaction or a shift in thinking or change in vibration and you realised the path you were on was no longer the path. This recently happened to me. I was ready and packed to go away for the weekend and spend 2 days in the country. While I was packing it felt like exactly what needed to happen. On route to the train station, as a result of a healing interaction, I had a profound shift in thinking and realised I no longer needed to go away for the weekend. All I needed to do was to go home, rest and spend time with self in my own private retreat. I EVEN REALISED THAT I HAD BEEN ON THE RUN AND WAS FALLING INTO THE EGO TRAP OF SEEKING SOMETHING ON THE OUTSIDE AND SEEKING EXTERNAL EXPERIENCES TO FEEL BETTER ON THE INSIDE AND ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS TO BE WITH ME AND BE FULLY PRESENT TO THE SELF. I had a strong intuitive guidance to just stop and be and followed it. No questions asked. I just turned around and went home straight away. I have been spending time with self and it has been so fulfilling. I feel very grounded and fully integrated from the travels over the last 9 months. I no longer need to run from self. I can just be. Love
