Have you ever had one of those mornings when you wake up and you think....... Lord I am exhausted....I am exhausted watching people I love hurt themselves and watching them waste away...it is crushing me.....my heart Lord is in pieces.....help me today.....give me strength to encourage them, to love them, and to tell them that your grace can reach them right where they are. Well that was my prayer first thing this morning. This world is broken.....oh so broken. There are so many people in our community that truly dont see any hope. However, we as Ambassadors of Christ are called to reach out, to step out, to speak out and to help these people. Not to baby them or coddle them but to let them know that there is a deliverer, them is a redeemer, that there is a physician, a therapist, a friend, a Savior and his name is Jesus. He and He alone is the only place the can find their peace, their joy, and their deliverance. Heavenly Father I come to you this morning with a heavy heart, a truly heavy heart, I am watching someone I love waste away. Everyday I pray for her freedom, her deliverance, her protection only to see her choose to fall deeper and deeper in captivity. Lord I am asking today that you open her eyes.....that you flood her life with your mighty power.....that you break every single chain that has her bound, delete any longing for any drug or drink, and replace it with a I Need my (heavenly) daddy attitude..... Thank you Lord for keeping her safe and unharmed...thank you that you have gave me the courage to tell her you need help.....but most of all thank you for allowing me to share your message of grace and deliverance to her once again because I know that I know that a seed has been planted.......... In Jesus name Amen Acts 20:24 - But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.
