Have you ever tried flying alone? How far did you get ? Have you ever attended a business meeting where ALL of the coffee and energy drinks in the world could not motivate you? Not to mention the lame Pep-Talks and rah Rah-rah ?? Have you ever traveled to that two-to-three day PLUS Business Conference only to be rewarded trophies, and then send you home with Performance Quotas and threats of Downsizing ? LOL ! Unlike ANY and ALL of my experiences in my multi-faceted Executive career, I have NEVER experienced such Servant Leadership as I have witnessed in the past two weeks. ( This includes, but not limited to the major Christian Record Labels and Publishing Companies as Regional Marketing Manager ! ) I am not alone. Exceedingly , over a thousand Associates witnessed our LegalShield Executive and Corprate leadership first hand, up close and personal. The highlight for me this past Saturday was when Mr. Larry Smith was spot-on while wrapping up his closing notes. As Larry stated; The FACT that one of LegalShields Top Income Earners * ; Mr. & Mrs. Nick Serba ( Legends and Mentors in LegalShield with over 20 years and $1,000,000 a year — at Wild Horse Pass Hotel & Casino ! THEY COULD HAVE BEEN ON VACATION ! ) were sitting there just minutes before 5pm Saturday and still taking notes !!! A short pencil makes for a Long-Term memory. I cling and hang on every syllable. Thank you to our exceptional Leadership ! I am indebted to this investment that each and everyone have committed to our Pursuant of Excellence !
