Have you ever went through a long hard period of time in your life? Maybe you have went without a job for long time, Maybe your life has turned into one boring day after the next boring day. Maybe you are fighting an illness or disease! Maybe you have no friends, no loved ones or no one in your life that really cares for you? Remember that God made the Mountains and the Stars, the Heavens and the Earth.... and HE knows who YOU Are, and all that you are going through, while YOU are Waiting or Living Gods Plan for your life! And when you are going through a hard time, some well meaning person, comes along when you are having a really bad day, and says CHEER UP! God has a plan for you! AND SUDDENLY, YOU JUST WANT TO SCREAM OUT.. If God has such a good plan for me, why doesnt He just listen to what I want, what I need and help me do my plans for my life? OR if God has a good plan for me! Then when is He going to start it working in my life, is it going to be a big surprise? And why isnt it working in my life right now, why am I broke, why am I without a job, why am I so bored with life, why do I not have anyone who really cares about me or loves me? Well hopefully as a Born Again Believer, you will not or have not responded that way, but if you are honest, ALMOST ALL OF US HAVE EITHER RESPONDED THAT WAY OUT LOUD OR HAVE FELT THAT WAY IN OUR HEARTS AND MINDS! Romans 5:1-5 Therefore, having been justified (made Righteous before God) by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, 2 through whom also we have obtained our introduction by faith into this grace in which we stand; and we exult in hope of the glory of God. 3 And not only this, but we also exult (have Joy) in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; 4 and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; 5 and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us. When God was sending the nation of Israel into exile in Babylon, He told Jeremiah to tell them this message! Jeremiah 29:11-13 For I know the plans that I have for you, declares the LORD, plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope. 12 Then you will call upon Me and come and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13 You will seek Me and find Me when you search for Me with all your heart. And as Born Again Believers, God tells us this in Ephesians 2:10 For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them. And Romans 8:28 And we (as Born Again Believers) know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. LET ME REMIND YOU THAT GOD DOES NOT LIE, SO WHEN YOU READ THIS, YOU CAN STAND ON IT IN FAITH! GOD HAS PLANS FOR EACH ONE OF US, BUT SOMETIMES IN OUR LIVES, WE CANNOT SEE HIS PLAN OR RECOGNIZE IT AS HIS PLAN FOR US, BECAUSE WE CAN ONLY SEE WHAT IS TODAY. But, The Bible is full of people just like us. King David was anointed King when he was just a young shepherd boy and God promised he would be next king of Israel. BUT before that happened he found himself, in all kinds of situations and even running for his life from a half-crazy King Saul who was trying to kill him. Daniel and his friends were to became leaders and high officials, in a foreign kingdom, spreading God’s word over Babylon. BUT of course, first they had to be kidnapped from their homes, renamed, and face death several times. God gave Joseph dreams of his whole family bowing to him, BUT first his brothers tried to kill him, sold him into slavery, then he went to prison, before finally coming to the right hand of Pharoah in Egypt. Even, Jesus’ disciples believed they had finally found the one true Messiah of Israel, BUT then their world fell apart when Jesus the Christ, was executed like a common criminal, 3 days before His Resurrection! You know.....That there were times in each of their lives when they said or thought, Does God really have a plan for me? And if He does, when is it going to take place? And why do I have to go through this? Now God may not have anointed you as a King, or given you a dream like Joseph. But the truth is, GOD REALLY DOES HAVE A PLAN FOR YOU, as a Born Again Believer! We never know what tomorrow may bring to us, and we never know how past events, even painful ones, are to be used by God to create a better future for us. Life is tough and hard for everyone in some area of their life, but that does not mean God doesn’t care about us and your life. He knows what He is doing, He does have a plan for YOU and YOU can trust Him in Faith and Love and Hope. And while you are going through your hard times....remember What Gods Word tells you about Gods Will for you, as a Born Again Believer, while you are waiting for Him. 1 Thessalonians 5:14-24 We urge you, brethren, admonish (urge strongly) the unruly, encourage the fainthearted, help the weak, be patient with everyone. 15 See that no one repays another with evil for evil, but always seek after that which is good for one another and for all people. 16 Rejoice always; 17 pray without ceasing (be in an attitude of Prayer always); 18 in everything give thanks; for this is Gods will for you in Christ Jesus. 19 Do not quench the (fire of the Holy) Spirit; 20 do not despise prophetic utterances. 21 But examine everything carefully; hold fast to that which is good; 22 abstain from every form of evil. 23 Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you entirely; and may your spirit and soul and body be preserved complete, without blame at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.
