Having carefully gone through our councils 2015 budget estimates, we the residents of Gwanda will be tabling a rejection of the budget estimates to both council and the Ministry of Local Government as per the regulations of the urban councils act. Details of why we are rejecting the budget will be made public as soon as the motion has been signed by members of the Gwanda Residents Association and duly submitted to the relevant authorities.
