Having compared democracy and dictatorship we may include that Pakistan is gradually being lifted out of its economic abyss as education is increasing and as political consciousness is steadily on the rise there is very hope that Pakistan will develop into a true and complete democratic state.democracy must enter hearts and minds of people before it enters the precincts of parliamentary houses or be written in a constitution
