He is a Yorkie who has had a run of very bad luck. His parents cherish him and have already spent $9000.00 trying to save his life (the details are in the gofundme link). Now he needs what the doctors think will be his last surgery but it will be another $3000.00. They have spent all of their savings and maxed out their credit cards to pay the $9000.00. If they cant raise the money they only have two options: euthanize him, or sign him over to a rescue so they can pay for the surgery and adopt him out to another family.
