William Street , a friend from church, set a goal last November that before his next birthday November 4th he wanted to go from a 46 inch waist to a 36 inch waist. He just posted that he reached his goal ahead of schedule and was headed to the gym to set a new fitness goal for next year!! I am so proud of him. The weight loss/health journey is not easy but he did it. I am not even going to begin to guess his age but I do know he is a grandfather!! Find what works for you and keep at it. Be consistent! It is never too late to start!!
